As a team, Pam Jordan Wolf and Tom Wolf bring more than 50 years experience in business to the table. Pam built a small family-owned business in Tampa Florida (Arab Pest Control) into a major regional player with $15 million in annual revenues. In 1989, she took the proverbial “offer she couldn’t refuse” from Waste Management and spent two years running their $50 million Florida district before forming her own management and acquisition firm that has assisted hundreds of pest control businesses over the past 15 years.
A “serial entrepreneur,” Tom has built and sold five businesses over the past 30 years. His latest, Transition Resources, allows him to share those hard-won lessons with small and mid-sized companies who recognize that it takes planning and well-honed skills to create a corporate culture that can make the difference between failure, success and phenomenal achievement.
